  • For cooking, use olive, sesame seed, or macadamia nut oil
  • Consume a plant based diew rather than a meat based diet
  • Do not overcook your food. Preferred cooking methods include light baking, steaming, and broiling.
  • Include fresh food choices from as many of the Super Eight Food Groups in your daily diet.

- Avoid canned and over processed food that have been
stripped from their natural nutrients -

  • Consider taking plant based supplements. Take daily vitamins such as beta carotene, selenium, vitamins B12,
    time-released C, E.
  • Drink plenty of fresh water.  Although the amount of water varies from person to person depending on conditions, health and weight.  A good measuring formula for daily water intake is one-half your body weight in ounces.

  • Don't forget to EXERCISE.
