Patricia's been that way since she was a little girl...
inquisitive and keeping everyone laughing. Sometimes intentional but most of the time unintentional. She's a natural. Everybody loves Oogie...oops, sorry Patricia, the cats out of the bag.

At a very young age, Patricia was trying her hand at the piano. She never sat anywhere too long, so she quickly jumped up when she had finished her composition and fell flat on her face, biting the tip of her tongue when she landed which took many stitches to mend back together. The doctors told her that she would studder the rest of her life. But Patricia had no idea what they were talking about. She didn't even realize she was being teased around the clock by her classmates and sometimes adults. She voluntarily stood before her family and friends and recited her stories while studdering along the way. Patricia thought the laughter came because everyone was enjoying her stories. Because Patricia never bought into the belief that she would never talk normal again, a miracle happened. Today, Patricia is a phenominal, Keynote Speaker.

Patricia gave birth to two boys. Her struggles through college and head of household due to an early divorce, instilled in her a new found strength and determination only life experiences could teach.

Patricia made the Dean's list when she graduated from Bliss College in spite of little to no transportation. Sometimes she had to bring her two young boys to school with her because she could not afford a babysitter. Life wasn't easy, but Patricia defied the odds. The rest is history. Her youngest son, Derrick, served in the Military and works with Youth at Risk to drugs, gangs & violence and her oldest son, Dorian, will soon graduate from Law School. Her educational journey continued throughout the years as she helped to encourage, minister and heal so many people along her path.
